What does the idea of power mean to you? Power is about feeling confident, capable, and in control of one’s choices, actions, and decisions. In real estate, we are faced daily with situations where we need to be powerful in order to best serve our clients.

How should women support other women? There is so much strength in women’s networks and communities. Building connections, seeking mentorship, offering mentorship, and fostering relationships that provide mutual support and encouragement, while celebrating other women’s achievements, recognizing their accomplishments, and showing genuine support are important and we need to lift each other up more than ever. What are the most important characteristics of an effective leader? Paige: We both pride ourselves on being trailblazers in our own right. For me, an effective leader is trustworthy, empathetic, and passionate. Effective leaders are influential and dare to be different!

What are you most proud of doing? Ginny: I have mentored many realtors over the years, but mentoring my own daughter to join me professionally has been my greatest accomplishment.
