Most rewarding part of what you do?
Walz: We’re now serving third and fourth generations of families, and nothing is more fulfilling than assisting our clients through every stage of their home journey—from filling the nest to emptying the nest and everything in between. We grow alongside our clients, supporting them throughout the entire life cycle.

How do you inspire others?
McKenna: I inspire girls and women by showing they can have it all—family, faith, friends, and a career. No girl or woman should feel forced to sacrifice one or two for the others. Hopefully, my story inspires others to work hard, roll with the punches, and not let anyone tell you that you can’t have it all.

Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine?
McKenna: Rucking, walking, and talking. With my son now in the military, I appreciate the value of discipline more than ever. I’m trying to get comfortable with being uncomfortable on the daily basis.
Walz: I make it a habit to find moments to do something that helps me recharge. Whether it’s taking a walk, reading an inspirational book, or soaking in a hot bath, these moments help me reset and get ready to conquer the next challenge.
