How do you define “exceptional” in today’s luxury market?
Exceptional isn’t about a price tag—it’s about precision. It’s knowing when to push, when to protect, and when to pause. In today’s market, exceptional service means deep preparation, thoughtful strategy, and absolute attention to detail. Whether a home is $900,000 or $9 million, my definition of exceptional is delivering a process that feels informed, calm, and intentional from start to finish.
What sets your approach apart when working with high-net-worth clients?
My background in construction and development gives me an edge that many agents simply don’t have. I understand how homes are built, how quality shows up in the details, and how buyers evaluate long-term value. High-net-worth clients expect more than marketing—they expect insight, discretion, and strong advocacy. I approach every transaction with a strategic mindset, clear communication, and a level of care that respects both the financial and personal stakes involved.
How do you guide clients through pricing, timing, and discretion?
It starts with listening. Every client’s goals, comfort level, and priorities are different. From there, I use market data, firsthand neighborhood knowledge, and real-time buyer behavior to develop a pricing and timing strategy that aligns with those goals. Discretion is always part of the conversation—whether that means quiet marketing, off-market exposure, or tightly controlled showings. My role is to create clarity and confidence while protecting my clients’ interests at every step.
