Megan Mawicke Bradley is VP of Sales and a Luxury Global Advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Real Estate in Winnetka. A 3-time Emmy Award-winning Chicago Network TV Sports Anchor/Reporter, Bradley spent over two decades mastering storytelling, on-camera presence, and visual communication. She brings that expertise to luxury real estate, crafting compelling narratives and strategic marketing for North Shore homes. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Barbara Mawicke—the Grand Dame of North Shore real estate—Bradley prioritizes relationships, community, and client satisfaction above all.
How do you define “exceptional” in today’s luxury market?
Defining exceptional goes beyond just getting your client a high price when listing the home. Exceptional to me is ensuring your clients are happy with a smooth transaction and become my friends—not just my clients after the deal has closed.
What sets your approach apart when working with high-net-worth clients?
For me, it doesn’t matter the price point. Everyone is a client and friend to me. My Mom, Barbara Mawicke, was the Grand Dame of North Shore real estate for four decades—and just like her, it is “about the people first,” not getting the deal. Her motto was: “It’s not just my business, it’s my neighborhood”—I live by that motto every day as well!
How has the luxury buyer’s mindset evolved in recent years?
Luxury isn’t about size alone anymore—people live more casually and seek wellness-first living, smart homes, seamless tech, flexible family-friendly designs, designer finishes, and privacy. It’s about lifestyle and well-being, not just square footage.
How do you position a premium property to stand out in a competitive market?
I leverage my television background to tell compelling stories through video, strategic marketing, and thoughtful presentation. In a competitive luxury market, visually connecting with buyers and clearly communicating value sets both my listings and my approach apart.
