PAWS FOR A CAUSE

Paws for Patrick hosted its second annual Paws for a Cause gala at 28 Mile Distilling Co. in Highwood, raising nearly $400,000 to support its mission dedicated to improving the mental health of young people through its Emotional Support Animals and Therapy Dogs programs. At the sold-out event, 300 attendees enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, silent and live auctions, a paddle raise, and a musical performance by The Freddy Jones Band. pawsforpatrick.org
