What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
We specialize in pocket listings. We have built an amazing network of agents and are able to offer the most exclusive listings before they hit the market.
How do you leverage marketing to differentiate yourself from the competition?
It’s about the work you do for your current clients that is the best marketing around. We go above and beyond the transaction for our clients so they are constantly referring us and marketing for us organically.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
Nothing will ever be replaced by technology. Every deal is different, and every client has unique needs. This is a people business and deeply personal and always will be.
What are your top staging tips? Who do you go for when staging a listing?
We have our own full-time stager and decluttering assistant on our team along with our own warehouse of furniture and staging accessories. We pride ourselves in being a one-stop all-inclusive shop for our clients.
