Why do you love what you do? Selling my clients’ homes in the shortest amount of time for the highest purchase price possible, and with buyers, searching our vast pocket listing network to find the perfect match.
Highlight of your 2020 volume? While official numbers for 2020 are not out yet, our over $125 million of volume for 2020 should put us in the Top Five sales teams in Chicago.
What sets you apart from your competition? We go above and beyond with decluttering, staging, and designing our listings to reach the needs of today’s buyer. Our constant searching of off-market listings gives our buyers the advantage in this competitive market.
Best thing about 2020 was? Helping hundreds of city sellers find their dream home purchases in the suburbs so they had the space and the land to help work through the challenges that COVID-19 presented.
What is the first thing you tell your clients? Honest, direct conversations and feedback is the best way to a productive outcome for both buyers and sellers.
Best advice ever given to you? Create a strong network of vendors and contractors. My clients benefit greatly from my tried and true contractors.
