What are some of the latest trends in the North Shore’s luxury real estate market?
Luxury is not just a price point; it’s an experience. Most of North Shore real estate is considered luxury and the trends are value-adds, not “trendy” elements. Current luxury trends surround wellness amenities, smart home technology, sustainable features, private outdoor spaces, home offices, and high-end customization. These trends reflect the growing demand for health-focused, technologically advanced, and personalized living that elevate the space called “home.”
