Core Remodel, a full-service design/build general contractor is coming to Hinsdale. After focusing primarily on Chicago’s downtown remodel market, the company is expanding to the western suburbs with a new design showroom in Hinsdale.

The new showroom, currently under construction and scheduled to open October 1 is located in the heart of downtown Hinsdale at 47 S. Washington Street.

Joe Chiavaroli, owner of Core Remodel, says the showroom will provide a one-stop, interactive space where customers can sample various products for their home remodel and addition projects. The showroom will feature top brands such as Kohler, Lightology, Kentwood, MSI, Virginia Tile, Daltile, and many more.

“We have an amazing and talented interior designer team, Jennifer Sweas Design, who will provide in-house design services as well as our constant collaboration with other designers,” Chiavaroli says. “The showroom plans to host weekday and weekend open houses—small controlled events where vendors can show off their latest and greatest products. It’s part of providing a comprehensive start to finish experience for those who need remodel work done on their homes,” adds Chiavaroli.

One of the driving forces behind the current remodel market is the pandemic; consequently, families are spending more time at home. This “new normal” has given rise for homeowners to rethink the configuration of their current living spaces and if these spaces are sufficient for meeting their living, working and learning at home needs.

Core Remodel, which handles between 50 and 75 remodeling projects a year, maintains a meticulous process for estimating jobs, as well as creating an environment of clear and honest communication with clients.

”We start with a phone consultation in which the client’s objectives and budget are discussed,” says Chiavarioli, “Providing the client with a thorough, detailed and transparent estimate of the project’s cost, including material costs is of utmost importance.”
