A NATURAL FIT
The only hotel to open in Lake Forest since 1929, THE FORESTER HOTEL is set to make its mark this April as the world’s first boutique-inspired Hyatt Place Hotel. Brought to the community by Janko Group and managed by Janko Hospitality, the chic hotel features contemporary boutique offerings including 150 spacious guestrooms and suites, upscale eatery OAKEN BISTRO + BAR led by Executive Chef Kristen Burman, as well as more than 4,500-square-feet of flexible event space. Inspired by Lake Forest’s motto, “Naturae et Scientiae Amor,” which translates to “Love of Nature and Science,” these themes are woven throughout the space from artwork influenced by natural fractals and meeting rooms named after native plants and flowers, to the front desk itself being constructed of a solid, single white oak tree trunk. The hotel’s team will serve guests by providing modern comfort and evolutionary service, emphasizing the beauty and science of nature. Visiting The Forester Hotel seems to be a natural fit. The Forester Hotel is located at 200 North Field Drive in Conway Business Park in Lake Forest, 847-582-6400, theforesterhotel.com.
