What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
Real estate isn’t about buildings; it’s about people. I’ve invested in and earned the trust of my community by serving them with integrity and tenacity. I stop at nothing to advocate for my clients and my community.
How do you leverage marketing to differentiate yourself from the competition?
My team invests a lot of resources into producing content that promotes local businesses, spotlights the unique aspects of our towns, or features the amenities available to current and future residents. When we invest in the communities and ensure that everyone is educated on how wonderful they truly are, the homes we place families in are even more valuable.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
Technology is a gamechanger in every industry and real estate is not immune from that. There’s a lot I love about technology. It’s improved the ways I serve my clients in many ways. However, I come from a time in real estate when a handshake really meant something. I refuse to believe that humans will allow AI to strip us of our ability to create and maintain meaningful connections with other humans. There’s something exceptionally special about walking down the street, seeing a familiar face, and having an impromptu conversation about something meaningful and important. Relationships can’t be replaced by technology.
