Why you love what you do? We love helping people. Our mother, Barbara Mawicke, a real estate icon on the North Shore, always said, “It is about putting people first,” and we strongly believe in that too!

What sets you apart from your competition? In addition to being children of real estate parents, we grew up in Kenilworth so our history here and knowledge of the North Shore communities gives us an advantage.

Best thing about 2021 was? We are so proud to be continuing our mother’s incredible legacy.

Past trends you’d like to see return? We’re hoping the spring market delivers more inventory!

Trends on the horizon? Everything is digital now. You have to be on your digital game whether it is social media, marketing, or advertising.

Favorite mantra? Our motto is: “It’s not just our business; it’s our neighborhood.” We treat everyone with the utmost respect. They will be our neighbors and hopefully become friends too.
