Most rewarding part of what you do? The single most rewarding thing we do is help people succeed at levels they never thought they would. They have dreams and goals, and we help them reach those. Everyone who comes to us is smart, but there are blind spots we help find and then tweak. Our training, coaching, and “tweaking” help them build the confidence to stop holding themselves back. We help them reach their goals and get success a lot faster. There is nothing in the world I would rather do than help people succeed in life professionally and personally.

Definition of success? My definition of success evolves daily. Fifteen years ago, it was being a TV news director. Later, it was reaching $100,000 for our company, then $1 million. Now, it’s striving for $5 million. The goalpost keeps moving. During my IVF journey, success was a healthy baby, which we achieved after five rounds. At 48, success now means working fewer hours, having our coaches handle more client work, and spending more time with my family while scaling the company. Creating jobs and family time is my success today.

Traits you think great leaders possess? Great leaders possess tenacity, honesty, integrity, and the ability to admit when they need help.
