MADE TO ORDER: THE PUMPKIN CONCIERGE

Holiday décor edition with Christine Blankenship of The Pumpkin Concierge.

WHAT MADE YOU START YOUR BUSINESS?
I started The Pumpkin Concierge in 2021 after realizing local pumpkin patches didn’t offer delivery or styling, and today I help busy families enjoy the season by taking the heavy lifting off their plates.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide full-service pumpkin delivery, styling, and pickup for homes and businesses in Chicago’s western suburbs. With four curated pumpkin packages to choose from, ranging from 20 to over 80 pumpkins, we take care of the entire process, creating beautiful porch displays that make fall entertaining and Halloween feel effortless. When the season ends, we collect the pumpkins and donate them to local farms, keeping the experience both festive and sustainable.

FAVORITE INSPIRATION?
European porches, especially the neighborhoods of London! I vividly remember walking past elaborately decorated stoops and being drawn to their use of natural elements like real pumpkins, greenery, and florals. That organic, collected approach continues to inspire the way I style porches and homes today. I love layering a variety of pumpkins to for their texture, scale, and color. Each of our pumpkin packages is intentionally curated to create a balanced, elevated look that feels designed yet effortless.

WHO SHOULD CONTACT YOU?
Our service is ideal for busy families and business owners who want a beautifully styled fall porch without the work.

THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES?
Yes! Throughout the year, I also offer custom home and storefront styling through Christine Blankenship Design. Services include holiday decor installs, custom wreaths and garlands, mantle and entryway styling, and special event installations for both homes and businesses.
