How do you define “exceptional” in today’s luxury market?
Exceptional in today’s luxury market is prime location, views, prestige, and privacy. Exceptional also means superior design or architecture or custom construction, for example most homes in Oak Brook are custom built architecturally unique. Exceptional in today’s luxury market is more of lifestyle decision, matching the home to a niche buyer. Exceptional is also the level of service provided to a client.
How does representing exceptional homes differ from traditional residential sales?
My strategy in general for all my listings, traditional or luxury, focuses on elevating the property as a lifestyle opportunity rather than simply listing features. High-end visual storytelling and targeted marketing campaigns with luxury properties require a more curated, discreet, and global approach. My approach focuses on elevating the property as a lifestyle opportunity rather than simply listing features. Many luxury clients value confidentiality and marketing is tailored and selective rather than broad. The goal is to create an emotional connection and position the home as a rare opportunity.
