KAREN ARENSON and CARLY JONES have a lot in common. They are both License Partners and Managing Brokers with the luxury real estate company, Engel & Völkers. Arenson is in Chicago North Shore and Jones is in Engel & Völkers Shoreline, Michigan. They each went to the University of Michigan as undergraduates. Jones went on to get her JD and practice law in Illinois, and Arenson went on to get three masters degrees in English, Education, and Management. And, both women were feeling frustrated with and unfulfilled in their real estate careers until they joined Engel & Völkers.
