What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
I put a lot of effort into understanding the needs of my clients and tailoring their real estate experience to those needs. I am the biggest advocate for my clients, providing my deep local knowledge, expertise, experience, and guidance and I blend that with their needs throughout all aspects of the buying or selling process.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
Personal attention and being available for your clients at all times.
How do you win a listing?
My track record of success in selling homes, my in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, my innovative marketing tailored to each listing, white glove service, personal attention, my expertise, full service, guidance, and always being present at every step of the selling process.
What are your top staging tips? Who do you go to when staging a listing?
Staging is key to selling a home. I assist in staging sometimes with sellers’ own furniture, help declutter, and suggest changes like paint and decor, that may be needed. There are a couple of local staging resources I use if the property is vacant.
If you could help any celebrity client buy or sell a home, who would it be?
I have assisted several high-end executives and public figures sell and buy homes. Whether they are celebrities or not, I would work just as hard for all my clients.
