Most rewarding part of what you do? The most rewarding part of what I do is getting to know my clients, their families, and their businesses. I truly value the opportunity to be a trusted advisor and help them navigate their challenges. Additionally, I’m passionate about educating women and the next generation, empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need for a successful future.

How should women support other women? Women should support each other by sharing knowledge and resources to advance in their careers. Leading by example and offering mentorship can make a big difference. A supportive environment where we learn, grow, and succeed together is key. It’s about encouraging one another, sharing what we’ve learned and building a network of support that benefits everyone.

How do you inspire others? I inspire others by actively mentoring and fostering an inclusive environment, especially for women in law and leadership. My partner and I set out to create a law firm that provides equal opportunities for each member of our team. I take pride in guiding and supporting them as they map out and achieve their career goals. As a mom to three young girls, I strive to show that it’s possible to balance family life, community involvement, and professional success, demonstrating you can excel in all areas of life.
