ADRIANNA STASIUK is a Partner and Investment Advisor at Aaron Wealth Advisors, a Chicago-based independent family office. A native of Chicago’s northwest suburbs, she was an All-American volleyball player at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting followed by an MBA at the Mendoza College of Business. Today, Stasiuk lives in Chicago and enjoys fitness, sports, and spending time with her dog and family.
Most rewarding part of what you do? I work hard to earn the role of trusted advisor to a family, and it feels rewarding when my efforts are recognized. I also appreciate the relationships I’ve built with clients. This is a very personal business, so you get to know your clients very well over time. I recently had a small health emergency that caused me to be out of the office and the texts and calls from my clients checking in to see how I was doing were meaningful to me.
How should women support other women? By challenging each other. The real disservice comes when women are afraid to give each other honest and real feedback, which holds people back from furthering their careers. We all need honest feedback to develop professionally.
How do you inspire others? I strive to lead by example. When I was a team captain of Notre Dame’s women’s volleyball team, my greatest leadership strength was my hard work ethic and discipline. My goal is to make sure the same work ethic and client-centric focus shines through in my professional work.
