A real estate professional with Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore, Field is a Highland Park native who takes pride in living in her hometown. As a lifelong resident, she has great knowledge of the entire North Shore and what it has to offer. 2020 was a success due to? Determination and communication. I worked hard to build my business, so staying connected and providing value to both my personal and professional networks remained a priority.
Highlight of your 2020 volume? On average, my listings sold at 98 percent of list price, several in multiple offers. Being resourceful, I found 80 percent of my buyers the homes they purchased before they were publicly listed.
What sets you apart from your competition? The value I put on communication. I continually inform my buyers and sellers of market trends and transactions to help guide them to make well-educated decisions.
First thing you tell your clients? I often say “Throughout this process (of buying, selling, or both) I am going to be your new best friend” and we laugh. But in reality, I do call, email, and text my clients frequently. It is my job to keep them updated and informed on anything that pertains to the market or their sale.
Best advice ever given to you? Provide exceptional service to your clients.
