2020 was a success due to? My business plan and adaptation to trends. I shifted my marketing to focus on the virtual experience with an investment in virtual online 3D floor plans that allowed buyers to “walk” through a home on their computer. I also increased digital marketing and provided virtual FaceTime showing appointments.
Highlight of your 2020 volume? I retained the No. 1 Individual Agent by volume in Hinsdale distinction for the second year in a row, successfully completing $33 million in sales.
What sets you apart from your competition? I treat every transaction as if it was my own investment. I work tirelessly for my clients, and use the tagline “let me have the sleepless nights, so you don’t have to.”
Best advice you’ve given? It’s often difficult to remove the emotion from the negotiation—it’s your home—but it’s so important to know your target price and treat the negotiation like a business transaction.
