Someone might build a new home, and we become part of the planning process for the site and get in even before the ground breaks,” he says. “We carry that through maintenance of the property. We’ve been maintaining some properties for over 30 years. That’s the longevity we strive for: clients for life.”

Mariani views its relationship with clients as a collaboration in many ways as well. If a client wants to mow their own lawn but doesn’t like to pull weeds or doesn’t want to take care of their rose or vegetable garden, the company offers a variety of services that allow room for clients to be hands-on if they choose.

“If you want us to come and just put mulch down for the spring or do a spring cleanup, we can do that too … along with many other service offerings like turf care remedies and applications, power washing, outdoor furniture restoration—the services are extensive,” says Birch. “If a client calls, we want to work with them and help however we can.”
