In a world where technology can diminish quality or isolate us, they provide concierge-level service and curate meaningful connections for their clients. Their positive and energetic approach to the buying and selling process sets them apart and is reflected in their loyal client base. Clark and Richardson continue to receive production awards year after year, putting them in the top 1 percent of national sales leaders with BHHS Chicago.
What is most rewarding about real estate?
Helping our clients find spaces they can call home in communities that reflect their lifestyle. The satisfaction that comes from guiding individuals through a significant life milestone, along with the opportunity to build lasting relationships, makes real estate incredibly gratifying.
What separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
We are dedicated advocates, making the real estate journey as seamless and rewarding an experience as possible for our clients. As local, experienced brokers, we are passionate about servicing our clients. We prioritize understanding each client’s needs, serving as a strategic partner to maximize all market opportunities available and form individual strategies to help them meet their real estate goals.
What is one misconception about real estate you had when you first started that you would want a new agent to understand?
That you have a flexible schedule. In reality, the flexibility often requires adaptability to clients’ needs, which often extends beyond traditional working hours. It is essential for new agents to understand the dynamic nature of the industry and be prepared for the demands that come with it.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
There are certain aspects in real estate that defy technological substitution. In a world where technology can make real estate increasingly transactional, we understand the intricate, individual preferences and complex negotiations involved. We are leaders in this industry because we stand on the principle that there is no substitution for the human connection.
