What’s most rewarding about real estate?
These are really important times in people’s lives and we have the honor to help navigate those. It is really a privilege to be a part of something so special. Our homes mean so many things to us and can represent all sorts of aspirations, dreams, and milestones.
What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
Relationships are really important to me and I want people to be happy for as many years as it makes sense for their real estate choices. I use and share data to drive our decisions, and at the end of the day, I am really diligent in being sure we are making the right choices for people. I also network extensively nationwide to continually evolve and improve on our client experience.
How do you leverage marketing to differentiate yourself from the competition?
I try to be true to myself and my voice while providing valuable information.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
Aside from valuations, it is really the relationships that realtors have with their clients that no technology will ever replace. Humans are complex and when we are talking about the choices people make of where to raise families and spend most of their waking hours, they really want a human touch to help with navigating the right fit and validating the investments.
