What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
Unparalleled negotiation skills and the ability to naturally connect with others. I pride myself on fearlessly advocating for my clients—leveraging market expertise to negotiate deals that exceed client’s expectations. I also have an unwavering commitment to securing the best outcomes for my clients; this has earned me a stellar reputation as a top-tier negotiator and record setting performer in the industry. My background in leadership, business, and construction also sets me apart.
What are some of the latest trends in the luxury real estate market?
Smart Home Technology, state-of-the-art security systems, work-from-home areas, along with luxe and transitional living spaces. Think lounge space versus traditional living room. Health and wellness is also trending with in-home spa amenities, sport courts, and workout rooms.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
The human experience. The emotional elements and experiences that exist in residential real estate deals and negotiations can only be conveyed and understood by a natural human. Technology is merely a tool for us to use, in addition to the skills and knowledge we possess.
