With licenses in both Illinois and Arizona, Compass real estate agent Karen Stroble has been connecting buyers and sellers full time since 2019. Clients appreciate her honesty, diligence, and commitment all done in an effort to help them realize their real estate goals. She also has a successful track record of getting multiple offers on the homes she lists utilizing the digital marketing strategies she has cultivated throughout her career.
How do you leverage marketing to differentiate yourself from the competition?
My background in advertising/marketing has been particularly useful when working with all clients. For my sellers, since most people begin their search online, it is important to have as many digital assets easily accessible for potential buyers to virtually experience my listings before they see it in person. I also recognize the importance of narrated video previews for my buyers in these low inventory days. It has helped us get a jump on “coming soon” properties, and get homes under contract before they even hit the MLS.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
I came to Compass because it has an amazing technology platform that makes doing my job easier as a broker, however, technology will never be able to replace personal connections. In this day of ChatGPT, the care and concern that I have for my clients and getting their home sold or finding them a new home can’t be replicated by a computer or technology. Personal connections will always win!
If you could help any celebrity client buy or sell a home, who would it be?
I think I would say Dick Wolf producer and writer of shows like FBI, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Chicago PD, Law and Order SVU, among others. He is obviously inspired by Chicago. He needs a place overlooking Lake Michigan on our North Shore with great bonus/outdoor spaces for writing and creating a new series!
