Why you love what you do? I love the pace of real estate. I am adept at multitasking, which I think is a necessary skill to be successful. I also love meeting new people and networking within the real estate community.

What sets you apart from the competition? I am highly energetic, independent, and optimistic. My 30 years at Baird & Warner shows my continued success at one company and I have never found the need to move to different brokerages. I believe in Baird and Warner, a locally family-owned business and have found my success here.

Best thing about 2021 was? I am humbled by all my current and past clients and the personal referrals I received to help me reach over $20 million in sales.

Past trends you’d like to see return? I am hoping for a true spring market, with a flood of spring listings like in the past, so we can get back to business with some inventory for sale.
