2020 was a success due to? Perseverance, strong relationships, and LOTS of coffee!

Best thing about 2020 was? Personally, getting to spend more time with our 18-month-old than we would have if 2020 was a normal year. Professionally, setting and exceeding our goals.

What is the first thing you tell your clients? We know these neighborhoods and the homes like the back of our hands, and we will always make ourselves available day or night as we navigate through this journey together. We also pride ourselves on being there as a support system for our clients long after the move.

Best advice ever given to you? If you emphasize listening and observation as a part of your business, you will be continually shocked with the wisdom gained.

Best advice you’ve given? No home is ever perfect so it is really important to focus on the big picture and the “unchangeables” rather than the little things that might turn you off at first glance.
