What made you want to start a career in real estate?
My husband and I were preparing to sell our home and I was encouraged by another Realtor to get my license. So, I did! I fell in love with the process and got hooked on the ability to help others.
What’s most rewarding about real estate?
I love when clients put their full trust in what I do. It’s incredibly satisfying and a tremendous responsibility. I don’t want to disappoint. There is nothing better than the feeling of helping my clients achieve their goals in such a milestone transaction.
What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
I am confident in what I offer and that’s the ability to listen to my clients’ specific wants and needs and use my determination, hard work, and creative thinking to get results.
How do you leverage marketing to differentiate yourself from the competition?
My marketing is about finding ways to connect with people and the community. Telling the story of a home and working to present it in a way that connects to people.
How do you win a listing?
I don’t necessarily think of it as “winning” a listing. I work with sellers who know I have their best interests at heart. The selling process is a team effort and I use my years of expertise to guide and advise them. Sellers are homeowners. They have lived and loved their homes and it’s my job to help relay their story.
What are your top staging tips? Who do you go to when staging a listing?
Let us do the work! We will come in and help oversee the whole process.
