Why do you love what you do? I changed careers to pursue my passion in real estate, home design, and renovation. Now I love what I do, and never feel like it’s work.

What sets you apart from the competition? My clients get the bonus of my unique strategy that blends design, renovation, staging, and marketing to help sellers maximize a home’s sale price. The savings I offer on renovations and the increase in equity and sales price usually covers my commission.

Best thing about 2021? The incredible increase in home value and equity my clients achieved in 2021.

Trends on the horizon? I see a move toward one-story living with tall vaulted ceilings.

Most looking forward to in 2022? No more COVID-19 variants! I’m looking forward to home prices stabilizing, so that my clients who are waiting for the market to calm down can enter the market.
