A luxury consultant with the @properties office in Winnetka, Radnay graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in nursing. While she never pursued that path, she did become an advertising executive for DDB Chicago with McDonald’s Corporation, but she left that business 13 years ago to do what she always loved—real estate.

Why do you love what you do? Real estate is in my blood, so it’s my passion. I am obsessed with it. I love that every day is a new day, so if someone is annoying, it’s only for a short amount of time.

2020 was a success due to? Creating my touchlessshowing.com platform in the middle of the night when COVID-19 hit hard March 4, 2020. I was able to work by creating a safe and stress-free environment for buyers and my sellers. I was proactive and figured out how to use my nursing background with the pandemic. Never thought that would happen!

Highlight of your 2020 volume? Closing $120 million in sales this year, which allowed me to be the No. 1 agent again.

What sets you apart from your competition? I work very hard and can multitask like no other.

What is the first thing you tell your clients? Let’s get to work.

Best advice ever given to you? If you can leave this world with one best friend, you have had it all.

Most looking forward to in 2021? For all the elderly to get their loved ones back in their presence.
