Past trends you’d like to see return? I miss broker’s open houses. Photos don’t tell the whole story and it is so important to really know the inventory.

Trends on the horizon? Home offices and pools continue to be hot, but I am also seeing other specialty rooms—indoor basketball courts, yoga studios—homes you don’t ever have to leave.

Best advice you’ve given? Learn the market. Knowledge is power.
