What do think separates you from other real estate professionals in business today?
My strategic approach. I recently presented at a real estate conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that was all about strengths testing and using your strengths to separate yourself from the crowd. Not surprising to me, my top five strengths are all strategy based. It has led to my clients achieving real estate success in highly varied markets for over 20 years.
If you could help any celebrity client buy or sell a home, who would it be?
Dolly Parton. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s one of the quietest and most generous philanthropists out there. No one would have their Moderna vaccine without her. She’d be fascinating to get to know.
