Baumert Law was founded to provide legal services that support individuals’ personal and professional successes from purchasing a home to starting a business. “Broadly, we practice law in the key areas that define an individual, a family, or a business,” says Aggie. “From family law to estate planning, real estate law to business and IP law, our mission is to protect our clients’ entire identity—and it’s truly an honor to serve them.”

Serving clients holistically, both Aggie and Michael have connections in other countries and can guide clients in legal decisions on a global scale. “We leverage our experience as immigrants as well as our appreciation for the American legal system to support and guide our clients no matter their background,” she says. “I fully appreciate that my counsel is empowering my clients to find the best resources, both within and outside our firm as our success means nothing if we can’t give our clients our best work.”

As proud parents and members of the Hinsdale community, Aggie and Michael assist clients navigate through important conversations around prenuptial agreements, custody, and divorce. “I appreciate the sensitivity of what we do,” she says. “So many of my clients come from diverse backgrounds, some first-generation Americans, and each with a unique and valued story to tell.” Giving their clients the time to not only review their cases but to hear their hopes, dreams, and fears is important at Baumert Law. “To us, being a lawyer means appreciating clients as people and not as cases and contracts,” she says. “We also believe deeply in giving back to the community and in supporting others in our profession.”
