Irina Frenkel, a family nurse practitioner and dedicated wellness advocate, teaches patients how their bodies function at the cellular level. She empowers clients to take charge of their health with intentional, holistic choices. As the co-founder of Retreat Care Group, Irina’s vision is to inspire true preventive care with ways to optimize your body naturally. Drawing inspiration from her daughter by teaching her healthy habits early, she believes it’s essential to educate and inspire people to take control of their health. “I guide people in understanding and recognizing what their bodies truly need to optimize their health,” she says.

Sarah Brown, a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner, integrates reproductive and functional health to guide women through every stage of life from puberty to menopause. “I hold the education and experience in traditional medicine while practicing through the lens of holistic-based, functional health,” she says. “These approaches can coexist and complement each other. Our bodies do not function in separate specialties, but rather as interconnected systems that impact one another.”
