Why you love what you do? What’s exciting for me is that I have the ability to create interiors that my clients thrive in. I’m often told, “You have spoiled us, Britt Carter.”

What sets you apart from the competition? There are so many talented designers out there, but I believe my sense of style, years of experience, and the resources we offer—which most designers don’t have access to—set us apart.

Best thing about 2021 was? Our company has helped more clients than ever realize the potential when it comes to creating interiors that are sophisticated yet relaxed.

Trends on the horizon? There is a current sensibility that promotes a clean, light, and uncluttered theme. And, performance fabrics have gotten so much better in recent years; they have to be durable and stand up to active lifestyles.

Best advice ever given to you? Stay the course, don’t give up.

Where do you draw inspiration from? We live in a time in history where there is so much incredible diversity and raw talent. I’m always learning, seeing new ways of imagining reality, and from there creating interiors that harmonize with the people that commission me.

Favorite mantra? Good taste is timeless

Most looking forward to in 2022? Seeing a large number of projects about to be completed, and sharing in the positive feelings and excitement of our clients.
