This experience lends itself to her approach as an agent. “My business style is utilizing data and market analysis to make informed decisions on what is a good deal to buy at and what price to sell at,” she says. “I also utilize that data to make home remodel and upgrade decisions to help my customers get the best price for their sale or purchase.” Bouchard’s design insight informs her work: “This allows my clients to envision a space differently and helps them see how a space can work to meet their needs.”
