The Lyon Family Foundation hosted the 7th Annual Hoosier Ball to benefit the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) oncology program raising more than $700,000 for the cause. This year’s “Hoosier Boss” theme transformed RPM Events into “Robert’s,” an old-world Italian restaurant complete with nods to some of pop culture’s most famous bosses. Sergio Vellati and his 7-piece band provided the headlining entertainment and serenaded guests with the Rat Pack classics during an upscale Italian dinner. The decor featured custom artwork from JH Mintz, a New Yorkbased illustrator, including a custom charger at each place setting and a wall-to-wall mural of VIP guests. After a record-breaking auction and paddle raise led by celebrity guest Bill Rancic, guests enjoyed the Ferrari Lake Forest After Party dancing into the night with LA-based musicians Mojave Grey. lyonsway.org
