How do you position a premium property to stand out in a competitive market?
My team’s approach to positioning a property is to understand the story behind it. I think buyers want to know a home has been loved and cared for and giving context for how someone has lived in a house to make it a home is really important. We talk to the homeowner about how they live in their home and try to convey that to any potential buyer.

What role do lifestyle, privacy, and legacy play in your client relationships?
Providing discretion when dealing with any client is so important. Real estate professionals are fiduciaries, and I take that role seriously no matter what the price point.

What advice would you give to agents aspiring to work in the luxury space?
Customers and clients want to know they are being heard. It is very important to me that my clients understand I have their best interests in mind and I am determined to meet whatever goal my client has. My team and I craft a personalized plan to suit our clients’ needs whatever they are.
