Most rewarding part of what you do? The most rewarding part of my work is empowering teachers and parents with the tools they need to help children develop into their best selves. This impact can last a lifetime, creating ripples of positive change. Witnessing the joy and relief on my clients’ faces fills my heart with warmth and inspiration.

How should women support other women? Women can support each other by ensuring each has a seat at the table where they can be fully, unapologetically themselves. It is only through honoring each other’s strengths, we can cultivate a safe environment where women can truly prosper and help create a better world.

How do you inspire others? Years ago, a former supervisor once said, “Let your work speak for itself.” With that in mind, I vowed to dedicate my efforts to living out the values my Haitian heritage has instilled in me—showing integrity and a strong work ethic. I make sure to share my vision clearly and listen deeply, understanding the emotions and perspectives of those around me. With whomever I work with, I foster a positive and respectful environment and share personal stories highlighting successes and failures. I’m human, mistakes can happen! By embodying these principles, I create a culture where motivation, growth, and mutual respect flourish.
