Be a resource for other women by practicing nonjudgmental, proactive listening, offering ideas and suggestions, and actively helping them make meaningful connections.
How do you inspire others? I hope to inspire others by demonstrating we can have very difficult conversations about complicated and often uncomfortable issues with respect and work together to develop proactive solutions and strategies.
Powerful woman you admire the most? I admire any woman who uses her position to help others achieve their goals. One inspiring figure I truly admire is Allison Robinson, who founded The Mom Project. Her mission to help women remain active in the workforce and support women at every stage of their career journey is truly commendable.
Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine? I focus on the positive aspects of my life, staying mindful and grateful for my family’s health and happiness. As a mother of two, an attorney, and a business owner, I apply the E + R = O (Event + Reaction = Outcome) mindset daily. I believe that while we can’t control events, we can control our reactions, which in turn shape the outcomes. Whether positive or negative, the result is determined by how we respond, not just by the event itself.
