Gina Pongetti Angeletti, of Achieve Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, specializes in treatment, biomechanics analysis, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport therapies for athletes of all levels. With more than 20 years of experience, she solidified herself as a world-renowned physical therapist working with Olympic, World, NCAA, and national champion athletes— setting the gold standard at the 2016 Rio Olympics, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the 2024 Paris Olympics.

With 14 years of experience as a gymnast and as an accomplished triathlete, she focuses on performance optimization and injury prevention. Additionally, she works with performers in touring Broadway musicals and local productions, emphasizing tour health longevity, tailored treatment plans, and injury prevention programs. “Empathy for their pain and the process is key to the patient/practitioner relationship,” she says. “Behind every patient is a heart full of goals and a mind struggling through the rehab process and disappointments with their injury.”

Focusing on treatment and education of manual therapy and hands-on techniques she combines in-depth analysis of biomechanics and adding emotional, mental, and physical well-being to facilitate patient recovery. “Treatment success is a result of protecting the rights and best interest of the athlete as a whole and guarding the sanctity of sport through SafeSport and athletic regulations—it is possible to be good and kind!” she says.
