What trends are you currently seeing in the real estate market, and how do you anticipate it evolving over the next year? How do you think the local real estate market differs from other regions in the U.S.?
Right now, we’re seeing low inventory keeping home prices strong, despite higher interest rates. In luxury markets, buyers are prioritizing lifestyle-driven purchases—whether it’s waterfront properties in Florida, second homes in Michigan, or estate properties in Chicagoland. Over the next year, I anticipate a more balanced market as interest rates stabilize.
Many top producers also invest in real estate themselves. Do you have any experience with property investment or development? How has that influenced your perspective as a broker?
Having bought, sold, and invested in properties myself, I know firsthand what it takes to make smart real estate decisions. I am well versed in short-term rental properties and standard rental properties. I walk the walk and talk the talk! I believe my clients appreciate my inside information and place their trust in me. It makes me so happy to be able to be part of their dream and see them create legacy properties.
How do you ensure that your personal brand stands out in such a crowded and competitive real estate space?
I focus on authenticity, storytelling, and visibility. My presence on American Dream TV allows me to showcase properties in a way that connects with clients on an emotional level. My brand is built on positivity, expertise, and delivering extraordinary results for my clients.
What are some of the most unique or standout properties you’ve ever worked with, and what made them so memorable?
Recently, I featured a stunning $2 million beachfront property in Panama City Beach, Florida, on AmericanDreamTV. Another standout was a historic estate in Barrington Hills that had equestrian facilities and timeless architecture. My seller wrote a song about the house and I was able to get him featured on WGN. These homes tell stories, and I love bringing those to life for buyers.
