What would you say is your key to success in this competitive market?
Home is personal and there is nothing else like it. It’s where you raise your family, celebrate special events, and build a life. I take this seriously no matter what the circumstances. Integrity and authenticity have been an integral part of my business and my life. Many of my clients are my friends, neighbors, and fellow community members—or they may become that. What do you consider the biggest challenge in the local real estate market today, and how are you addressing it?
It’s no secret that lack of housing inventory is one of the biggest challenges in our local market today and across the country. I have lived in Hinsdale for over 20 years and raised my family here. I’ve developed many relationships, both personally and professionally, and this is how I am able to find opportunities for both buyers and sellers—oftentimes before homes are on the market. I have wonderful relationships with many real estate brokers in town. While we are competitors, we work together collaboratively to bring buyers and sellers together. I feel fortunate to work with so many talented, dedicated colleagues.
The luxury market has its own dynamics. How do you tailor your approach when working with high-net-worth individuals or luxury properties?
The luxury market is a niche market. I have been a luxury real estate specialist for my entire career. When selling luxury homes, it’s important to know what makes a luxury home truly special and unique. I then customize my business strategy around each property to achieve the greatest results for my clients.
