ELIZABETH STERR, a certified integrative women’s health coach and expert in functional nutrition and lifestyle, brings a powerful edge to women’s health. Driven by this revelation, she founded ESTERRGEN to empower women through their reproductive and fertility journeys, offering a vital blend of support and healing.

Most rewarding part of what you do? My clients often face significant fear during periods of uncertainty—whether they’re anxious about when they’ll become pregnant, concerned about a potential return of endometriosis, or hopeful that their IVF treatment will succeed. I have the privilege of guiding women through these unknowns, helping them move from fear and sadness to hope and resilience. Supporting these transformations is incredibly rewarding and beyond words. We all need hope.

How do you empower others? I empower women by guiding them through a self-discovery journey of healing and growth. It is a process rooted in the belief that each individual knows her body best. By holding space for my client and listening to her story, I am able to provide the appropriate supporting tools. When the tools for change feel authentic, she has the power to optimize and take back control of her health and, ultimately, her life.

Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine? I was so intimidated by meditation for the longest time. I never felt like I was doing it right. It wasn’t until I started my formal training in coaching that I understood all the various ways to meditate and the significant, proven health benefits. Meditation allows peace and positivity to be a part of my every day.
