An American Board of Surgery certified surgeon, Dr. Eric W. Anderson brings nine years of surgical experience to the North Shore from his roots in Louisville, Kentucky. His specialty in plastic and reconstructive surgery focuses on rejuvenation of the face, breast, and body, addressing common concerns after having children, losing weight, or the overall progression of aging. He and the expert team at PryorHealth: Chicago North Shore in Northfield help patients maintain health with several approaches, including skin care and non-surgical treatments, while also using the power of surgery to restore years of aging, when needed. “For our patients who are mothers, we restore core strength and also rejuvenate areas that diet and exercise cannot address,” he says.
Dr. Anderson is particularly passionate about the intersection between reconstruction and aesthetic principles, restoring function while improving aesthetics. “The specialty of plastic surgery has always been about restoring form and function for our patients,” he says. “Plastic surgery requires both functional and aesthetic principles.
