It’s a true honor to help our patients and clients achieve their personal best whether it is pain relief, aesthetics, body wellness, or weight loss with non-invasive, all-natural treatments and technologies. We celebrate our clients’ successes. It is beautiful to partner in another human being’s personal growth.

Traits you think great leaders possess? Great leaders know it’s not about themselves, rather it’s about serving people. I love my team and I fully admire that there’s something special in each one of them. They are an amazing team. We support, love, and respect each other, as well as the people we serve. If you have a team that is cohesive enough to pull that off even most days, it’s powerful. I lead, but most days I partner with some incredible people that I am blessed to share Barrington Back & Body.

Best piece of advice for anyone starting out? My best advice for starting out is to stay focused on your vision and ensure your staff and systems are organized. Take full responsibility for outcomes and surround yourself with people who balance your strengths and weaknesses. Encourage and celebrate your team, and communicate clearly. Learn from mistakes, stay true to your vision, and adapt as needed. Prioritize finding balance between work and family, and embrace change as a constant in business and life.
