What’s one standout transaction that reflects your expertise at the high end?
I recently had the pleasure of selling Crab Tree Farm in Lake Bluff, which was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The challenge, of course, is that such a property requires a very discerning buyer. It also requires patience, discretion, specialized marketing, extreme white-glove service, and the ability to tap into a network of contacts to access the exact right buyer for this luxurious country estate. The ability to deliver all of this for my client was certainly a career achievement for me.
