What trends or shifts are most influencing your work right now?
People still want homes that look beautiful, but they no longer want homes that feel fragile. They’re looking for beauty that stands up to family life, pets, and everyday use.

What recent project best represents your style or philosophy?
We recently worked with a woman who bought a home with a large, beautiful kitchen that didn’t function the way she needed it to. Instead of tearing everything out, we listened carefully to how she planned to use the space, then worked with our custom cabinet maker to extend and match the existing cabinetry. The result was a kitchen that felt cohesive, stylish, and functional.

What details instantly elevate a space?
A great rug or stair runner should feel tailored, like a custom jacket rather than something off the rack. Scale, pattern, and binding or serging chosen specifically for the home’s décor are what make a space feel finished.

What materials, technologies, or processes are you excited about right now?
We searched for a non-toxic stain-proofing product and found one in Australia. It performs beautifully, and we love that it protects rugs and furniture without introducing unnecessary chemicals into our homes.
