JESSICA MARGOT, owner of Jessica Margot Design, is dedicated to creating personalized environments through a collaborative approach, integrating each client’s personality and needs into exceptional living spaces. Known for blending classic and modern elements with perfect balance, Margot combines timeless pieces, custom furniture, and unique finds to reflect each client’s individuality. “Good design is timeless and never goes out of style,” says Margot, who launched her high-end, boutique residential design firm in 2004. She studied architecture in Milan through the University of Illinois-Chicago and graduated with a BFA from Chicago’s Harrington College of Design. With more than two decades of experience Margot—who approaches her interior design projects like an artist stepping to a canvas—is ready to bring her talent and expertise to your next project.

Most rewarding part about what you do? Helping clients feel like they are truly living in their dream home. It’s incredibly fulfilling to transform a space into a sanctuary where they can escape the world, find peace, and feel genuinely happy. Seeing their vision come to life, even when they couldn’t fully envision it themselves, and knowing they love their home is a wonderful reward.

How do you inspire others? Through my ability to see possibilities others might not—using imagination and creativity. My tenacity, drive, and independence as a female business owner sets an example. I am deeply passionate about my work and strive to balance my professional and personal life as a dedicated mother and designer.

Greatest risk you’ve ever taken as a professional? Venturing out on my own 20 years ago. Leaving the security of a stable job to establish my own LLC was a bold move, but it has ultimately been incredibly rewarding.
